Zomato's parent company Eternal Ltd. will announce its Q3FY26 results this week. This means the company will share its financial performance for the October-December quarter, including insights on revenue growth, profitability, and operating margins, among other things.
Investors will be able to track updates on key business segments such as food delivery and quick commerce. The company will also hold an earnings conference call to share management commentary and discuss the Q3 results. In an exchange filing, the company informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 21. During this meeting, the board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025.

Eternal Q3 Trading Window
To ensure compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the company has announced that its trading window will remain closed from Dec. 20 until 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results.
This means that Eternal's designated persons, such as Directors, Promoters and senior management and their relatives, will be barred from trading in company shares during this period.
Eternal Quarterly Results: Q2FY26 vs Q2FY25
In Q2FY26, consolidated revenue from operations jumped to Rs 13,590 crore, up sharply from Rs 4,799 crore in Q2FY25. However, profit for the period fell to Rs 65 crore, down from Rs 176 crore a year ago. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA also declined 32% year-on-year, falling to Rs 224 crore from Rs 330 crore in the same quarter last year.
