The Singapore traded SGX Nifty, an early indicator of Nifty’s performance in India, was little changed at 9,470.

Here are some of the key stocks to watch out for in today’s session:

Polaris Consulting and Services (Q4, QoQ)

  • Net profit down 31 percent to Rs 32.9 crore from Rs 47.6 crore
  • EBIT down 38.8 percent to Rs 39.9 crore from Rs 65 crore
  • EBIT margin down to 7 percent from 12.6 percent

JK Tyre and Industries (Q4, YoY)

  • Net profit down 25 percent to Rs 92 crore from Rs 122.3 crore
  • EBITDA down 27 percent to Rs 200 crore from Rs 273.65 crore
  • EBITDA margin contracts to 9 percent from 14 percent

Chennai Petroleum Corporation (Q4, YoY)

  • Net profit down 31 percent to Rs 170.81 crore
  • EBITDA down 22 percent to Rs 316.56 crore
  • EBITDA margin down to 3 percent from 4 percent

Indo Count Industries (Q4, YoY)

  • Net profit down 28 percent to Rs 48.8 crore
  • EBITDA down 24.83 percent at Rs 90.11 crore
  • EBITDA Margin down to 19.11 percent from 25.4 percent

Bata India (Q4, YoY)

  • Net sales rose 6.1 percent to Rs 598 crore
  • Net profit up 27 percent to Rs 36 crore
  • Operating margins contract 70 basis points to 9.2 percent
  • Operating profit fell to Rs 55.1 crore
  • Atul: Enters into a joint venture with AkzoNobel for the production of monochloroacetic acid (MCA) in India
  • Oil marketing companies: Petrol prices cut by Rs 2.16 per litre, while diesel prices cut by Rs 2.1 per litre.
  • ICICI Bank: Cuts home loan rate by 30 basis points to 8.35-8.40 percent for loans for up to Rs 30 lakh to promote affordable housing
  • HDFC: Reduces its rate on home loans up to Rs 30 lakh by 30 basis points to 8.35 percent for salaried women borrowers and to 8.40 percent for others.

  • Brigade Enterprises: Leases 3.75 lakh square feet office space to TCS
  • Raymond: Seeks shareholder approval to raise as much as Rs 750 crore through a debt issue
  • Indo Count Industries: Has increased its capacity to 90 million meters from the current 68 million meters
  • Subex: Allots 5.5 crore equity shares on preferential basis at Rs 14 each
  • Websol Energy Systems: Receives 'No Due Certificate' from ARCIL on payment of the entire settlement amount
  • Bharat Financial Inclusion: Route One Fund buys 12.2 lakh shares or 0.88 percent stake at Rs 809.14 apiece.
