The team of Ramayana came together for a special event in Mumbai, bringing the film's lead cast and makers under one roof. The gathering also featured a surprise appearance by a major global digital creator.
Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi Join MrBeast
The event was held at the DNEG/Prime Focus office in Mumbai, where Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Ravi Dubey were present. They were joined by MrBeast, who is known as the world's most-subscribed individual YouTuber. Director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra were also part of the gathering.
Sai Pallavi opted for an orange-peach tissue silk or organza silk saree for the occasion, while Ranbir Kapoor was seen in a blue kurta paired with denim. The event also gave fans a glimpse of the cast together ahead of the film's theatrical release.

Ranbir Kapoor Picks Up The Bow
A video from the event has also surfaced online, showing Ranbir Kapoor picking up the bow as the crowd cheered. The moment has added to the excitement around his portrayal of Rama in the upcoming epic.
About Ramayana
Ramayana is being planned as a two-part theatrical saga. The first part is scheduled for a worldwide release in November 2026, while the second instalment is set to arrive during Diwali 2027.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Yash as Ravana, Ravi Dubey as Lakshmana and Sunny Deol as Hanuman. Shridhar Raghavan has written the screenplay, while Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman have composed the music.
The makers are also planning a wider international release strategy. Namit Malhotra has previously discussed plans to localise the film for international audiences in languages such as English, Spanish and Japanese. The Hindi film will additionally be made available in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
The global release strategy is expected to extend to markets including Japan, China and Spanish-speaking territories, with technology being used to preserve the actors' performances rather than relying solely on conventional dubbing.
