Riteish Deshmukh's historical action-drama Raja Shivaji concluded its first week at the box office. With a strong Marathi response, the film has now entered the second week.
Raja Shivaji - Box Office Collection Day 8
As per early estimates from Sacnilk, the film has collected Rs 1.07 crore from a total of 2,149 shows so far. With the numbers still coming in, the film has collected a total India net of Rs 53.72 crore. The total gross collections of India are valued at Rs 63.68 crore.
Language-Wise Breakdown
- Marathi: The Marathi version collected Rs 0.81 crore across 1,030 shows so far. The occupancy rate currently stands at a decent 18.0%.
- Hindi: The Hindi version earned Rs 0.26 crore so far from 1,119 shows. However, occupancy as of now is reported to be a low 8.0%.

Occupancy - Day 8
- Marathi (2D): The overall occupancy reported so far is 16.07%. The mornings started with a low 9.86% occupancy rate, followed by the afternoon shows that surged to an impressive 22.29%. Evening and night shows are yet to begin.
- Hindi (2D): The Hindi version recorded a low overall occupancy of 8.62% on Day 8 so far. Morning shows recorded 4.15%, while afternoon shows improved to 13.08%.
Region-Wise Breakdown
- Marathi (2D): Pune led with 20.0% overall occupancy so far across 348 shows, followed by Nashik at 19.0% across 51 shows. Mumbai, leading with the number of shows (474), reported a 14.0% occupancy. Nagpur, with 55 shows, reported the lowest occupancy of 10.5% so far.
- Hindi (2D): Ahmedabad, leading with the number of screens (163), reported a low occupancy of 4.5%. NCR (160 shows) recorded 7.5% while Pune, with 25 shows, has recorded one of the highest occupancies of 14.5% so far. Regions like Surat and Chandigarh have reported occupancies below 5%.
Box Office Journey So Far
The film registered a solid opening of Rs 11.35 crore across 6,192 shows. The Marathi version alone collected Rs 8.00 crore with an occupancy of 68%. The opening weekend started strong with the first Saturday collecting Rs 10.55 crore and Sunday bringing in Rs 12.00 crore, across both versions.
Following the usual weekday fallout and reduced occupancies, the film collected Rs 5.60 crore on Monday, Rs 4.90 crore on Tuesday, Rs 4.25 crore on Wednesday, and Rs 4.00 crore on Thursday.
With steady collections throughout the first week, Raja Shivaji has concluded Week 1 with Rs 52.65 crore net collections. The upcoming weekend is expected to boost the total collections of the film with improved occupancy rates.
