Dhurandhar Part 1
Inspired by true events, the film explores crime, patriotism, espionage and betrayal in Lyari town, an area historically associated with gang violence and organised crime. In the first film, Singh played an undercover Indian spy (Hamza) who infiltrates a powerful criminal-terror network in Lyari, Karachi. His character slowly gains the trust of feared gangster Rehman Dacait, played by Akshaye Khanna. However, Dacait eventually dies after a violent confrontation with Hamza, leaving a major power vacuum in the syndicate.

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the first part of Dhurandhar earned around Rs 838.5 crore in India net collections, making it the biggest Hindi film ever.
