SRF declares interim dividend.

SRF Ltd.'s net profit for the third quarter rose 59.6% year-on-year, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday. 

The company reported a consolidated bottom line at Rs 433 crore, compared to Rs 271 crore in the year-ago period.

The company also declared a second interim dividend of Rs 5 per share. Record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders has been set as Jan 27. The date of payment of interim dividend will be on or before Feb. 17, according to the exchange filing. 

"The Interim Dividend would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, the 27thJanuary 2026. The date of payment of interim dividend will be on or before Tuesday, 17 th February 2026," the filing stated. 

SRF also registered a 6.3% growth in its top line to Rs 3,713 crore from Rs 3,491 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation went up 26% to Rs 780 crore, compared to Rs 620 crore, while the margin expanded to 21% from 17.7% in Q3 FY25. 

The company also saw a Rs 99 crore tax write back, as per the filing.
