KPI Green Energy has received a letter of intent to set up wind power projects with a total capacity of 150 megawatt in Gujarat. The letter of intent has been awarded by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., the company said in an exchange filing.
A Power Purchase Agreement with GUVNL shall be executed after obtaining the requisite approval from the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission, it added.
KPI Green Energy Ltd. is the solar and hybrid vertical of KP Group.
