The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is expected to declare the CA Final May 2025 results soon. After the announcement, students can access their scorecards on the official website.
The CA Final exam is the most advanced level of the Chartered Accountancy course in India, conducted by the ICAI.
Reports indicated that the results may be declared in the first week of July. In a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), former Central Council Member Dhiraj Khandelwal said that students can likely expect the results by July 7.
“Earlier, I had mentioned that the results may be announced around July 3 or 4. However, as per the latest indications, the likely dates now seem to be 6th or 7th July. Please treat this as an estimate based on experience. Final confirmation will come from ICAI Notification,” he said on Monday.

June 30, 2025AdvertisementThe ICAI will announce the exact date and time of the May results through an official notification. Once declared, the results will be available on the official websites of the organisation: icai.nic.in and icaiexam.icai.org.
To pass the CA Final May 2025 exam, candidates must score at least 40% in each paper and 50% overall in each group. Last year, results for the May session were declared on July 11, with 20,446 candidates qualifying as Chartered Accountants. In 2023, the results were announced on July 5.
AdvertisementIn 2024 session, Shivam Mishra from New Delhi topped the CA Final exam, scoring 500 marks (83.33%). Varsha Arora secured the second rank with 480 marks.
Once the CA Final results are declared, successful candidates can apply for ICAI membership. They also become eligible to join campus placement drives. The registration window for ICAI's upcoming campus placement drive is likely to open on July 10. Candidates interested in participating will have until July 20 to complete their registration. The campus placement drives will take in the subsequent two months.
Meanwhile, if any students are dissatisfied with their result, they can submit a review request. Additionally, they may also ask for certified copies of their answer sheets to review their marks.
