Several Reliance Jio users on Tuesday reported an outage in their mobile service, according to the DownDetector website. A spike in reports was witnessed at 2:22 p.m. with over 7,482 reports.
Up to 67% users reported facing no signal, 17% reported total blackout and 16% reported mobile internet malfunction.

The reports saw a steady decline from around 2:37 p.m., when they dipped to 4,847 reports and reduced further from there.
At 4:07 p.m., 227 reports came in from users who were still facing issues with their Jio mobile network.
Netizens took to social media platform 'X' to air their grievances, tagging the company and requesting it to restore their services as soon as possible.
"Jio is facing a major outage — really disappointing experience. I found out that Jio services are completely down in West Bengal, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar as well. There's absolutely no network. Jio team, please fix this issue as soon as possible," user Dev Ratan wrote in an 'X' post.
