The Pixel 9a is seeing aggressive pricing as anticipation builds around Google's upcoming A-series refresh. Google's Pixel 9a has received a notable price cut in India, with the smartphone now available at a significantly reduced cost at a store compared to its original price tag at the time of launch.
The deal has surfaced at a time when chatter around Google's next-generation mid-range phone, the Pixel 10a, is slowly beginning to build. As per reports, the Google Pixel 10a is tipped to arrive as the successor to the Pixel 9a sometime in March 2026.
Pixel 9a Price Cut
The Pixel 9a is currently being offered at the store, Sangeetha Mobiles, at a starting price of Rs 32,467, marking a sharp reduction from its earlier Rs 49,999 listing.
The offer comes with multiple purchase incentives. Buyers can opt for no-cost EMI options, with savings of up to Rs 6,532 available on select credit card transactions. The final benefit may vary depending on the payment method and tenure chosen at the time of purchase.
In addition to the price reduction, the deal highlights a rapid delivery promise, with the Pixel 9a eligible for delivery within 30 minutes in select locations. Such quick turnaround timelines are increasingly being used to attract buyers looking for instant upgrades rather than waiting for scheduled sale events.

Pixel 10a Buzz
A report from French publication Dealabs states that the Google Pixel 10a is expected to be available in 128GB and 256GB storage variants. The device is said to arrive in four colour options, Berry, Fog, Lavender and Obsidian. Among these, Obsidian appears to be the only shade carried forward from the previous generation. In comparison, the Pixel 9a was launched in Iris, Peony, Porcelain and Obsidian colour options, and was offered in 128GB and 256GB storage variants paired with 8GB of RAM.
On the pricing front, the Google Pixel 10a is tipped to debut in Europe with a starting price of €549 (around Rs 59,000) for the 128GB variant, while the 256GB model is said to be priced at €649 (around Rs 70,000).
As for the launch timeline, the report claims that the Pixel 10a could be unveiled on March 5, with pre-orders expected to begin on Feb. 18 at around 6 p.m. Central European Time (around 10.30 p.m., IST).
