Vedanta: The board approves the sale of a 1.59% stake in Hindustan Zinc through an offer for sale (OFS).

Adani Green: The company clarifies that it is on track to deploy the country's largest single‑location battery energy storage system, expected to be commissioned in the coming months.

Hindustan Zinc: Vedanta sets the floor price for its OFS at Rs. 685 per share, offering 3.4 crore shares (0.79% stake). The OFS will open on January 28–29.
