Sansera Engineering Witnesses Exit of Two Foreign Investors At Rs 750 Crore

Two foreign venture capital investors have sold their stake in Sansera Engineering Ltd. worth Rs 750 crore. On the other hand, DSP Mutual Fund and Custody Bank of Japan Ltd. Re Rb Amundi India Small Cap Equity Mother Fund bought stakes in the company.

Client Ebene Ltd. and Cvcigp Ii Employee Ebene Ltd. sold 9.43% and 2.29% stakes in the manufacturing and supply company, according to block deal data on the NSE. Client Ebene sold 50.3 lakh shares and Cvcigp Ii Employee Ebene sold 12.23 lakh shares at Rs 1,200 per share.

DSP Mutual Fund acquired a 3.89% stake in the company, while Custody Bank of Japan Ltd. and Re Rb Amundi India Small Cap Equity Mother Fund purchased 10.93 lakh shares. The other buyers include Societe Generale and SBI Mutual Fund at Rs 1,200 apiece.

Client Ebene, as of March 2024, held a 9.38% stake in the company and Cvcigp Ii Employee Ebene held a 2.28% stake.

Shares of Sansera Engineering closed 5.14% lower on Wednesday at Rs 1,274 per share. This compares to a 0.18% decline in the NSE Nifty 50 Index.
