With the last lap of the financial year coming to a close on March 31, 2026, the earnings season is all but days away. Many heavyweights such as Dabur India Ltd., Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. and Hindalco Industries Ltd. have announced key details regarding their Q4 earnings.
Dabur Q4 Results Details
The board of directors of Dabur India is all set to meet on May 7 to "inter-alia, consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company," as per an exchange filing.
Additionally, the board will also consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending on March 31, 2026.
The trading window for Dabur will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 to Saturday, May 09, 2026.

Hindalco Q4 Details
Hindalco Industries' board will consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the fourth quarter of FY26 on Friday, May 22, 2026.
Additionally, the company will also be considering a final dividend for the fiscal on the same day. In light of the same, the trading window of the company will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and will re-open on Monday, May 25, 2026.
Hindalco said it will hold an earnings conference call to discuss the said results — details for which will be intimated shortly.
Mahindra & Mahindra
Auto giant M&M is set to consider its fourth quarter results for the current financial year on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The board will also recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the company.
In view of this consideration, the trading window for the company will be closed from April 1, 2026 to May 7, 2026, inclusive of both days, as per M&M's regulatory filing on BSE.
"In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the Trading Window will be closed from 1st April 2026 to 7th May 2026 (both days inclusive)," the exchange filing stated.
