Nearly 200 companies are set to announce their Q3FY26 earnings on Feb. 5. The results will cover companies across sectors such as energy, auto, metals, telecom, healthcare and more. Investors and analysts will focus on key financial parameters like revenue and profits of these companies for the October to December period. These results are closely watched by markets as they indicate the fiscal health of the companies and provide clues on broader market trends. 

Some of the key companies reporting Q3 on Feb. 5 include Suzlon Energy Ltd, FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., Berger Paints India Ltd., Bharti Airtel Ltd., Hero MotoCorp Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Kaynes Technology India Ltd., Max Healthcare Institute Ltd, among others.

Most of these companies have also announced an earnings call, which will be held after the Q3FY26 announcement. During this call, the company management will discuss the performance with investors and analysts.

Max Healthcare Institute Q2FY26 vs Q2FY25 (Consolidated) 

Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. reported a strong performance for Q2FY26. On a consolidated basis, gross revenue for the network rose 21% YoY to Rs 2,692 crore, compared with Rs 2,228 crore in Q2FY25. Operating Ebitda increased 23% YoY to Rs 694 crore from Rs 566 crore a year earlier. Ebitda margin improved slightly to 26.9% from 26.6% in the same quarter last year. Ebitda per bed, on an annualised basis, stood at Rs 73.4 lakh, compared with Rs 71.2 lakh in Q2FY25. Network PAT jumped 59% year-on-year to Rs 554 crore, up from Rs 349 crore. International patient revenue also grew to Rs 231 crore from Rs 186 crore in Q2FY25. 

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Q2 Results 

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders reported consolidated revenue up 6.3% YoY to Rs 2,929 crore from Rs 2,757 crore. Net profit jumped 28% to Rs 750 crore versus Rs 585 crore last year. Ebitda surged 36% YoY to Rs 695 crore from Rs 511 crore. Ebitda margin improved to 23.7% from 18.5% in Q2FY25.

Bharti Airtel Q2FY26 v Q2FY25 Results

Bharti Airtel consolidated quarterly revenue surged 25.7% year-on-year to Rs 52,145 crore compared with Rs 41,473 crore in Q2FY25. Consolidated Ebitda rose sharply by 35.9% YoY to Rs 29,919 crore from Rs 22,021 crore. Ebitda margin expanded to an impressive 57.4% versus 53.1% a year ago. Profit before tax saw 82% jump to Rs 12,322 crore from Rs 6,751 crore.
