M&B Engineering IPO fetched 36.2 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Friday. The company's initial share sale received bids for 35,47,18,980 shares against 97,98,309 shares on offer, as per NSE data.

Non-institutional investors part got subscribed 38.24 times while the portion for retail individual investors received 32.55 times subscription. Qualified institutional buyers part attracted 36.72 times subscription.

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Ltd.'s initial offer had been subscribed 69 times on the third and final day on Friday, last week.

The Rs 792-crore initial public offering was subscribed over 10 times as of the end of the second day of the issue. The price band was set at Rs 140-150 per share for the three day offer, which only comprised fresh issue with no offer for sale. The minimum application lot size was 100 shares.
