DCB Bank Ltd.'s asset quality remains stable with gross non-performing asset at 4.2% versus 4.3% QoQ and net non-performing asset at 1.82% versus 1.97% QoQ.
Net restructured standard book remain stable at Rs 18.2 billion versus 18.7 billion QoQ; remains high among the industry.
Bank's credit growth improved to 17% YoY versus 13% YoY (FY22); deposits grew by 14.6% YoY versus 17% YoY (FY22).
Net interest income grew by 21% YoY led by improvement in margins. Profit after tax grew by 188% YoY led by lower provisions (down 78% YoY and 48% QoQ). Cost-to-income ratio has increased to 64% versus 53% YoY.
DCB Bank reported collection efficiency (overall including delinquent) for key portfolios (June 2022) –loan against property/home loans/commercial vehicle loans at 97%/98.4%/88.6% versus 96.7%/98.5%/85.2% (March 2022) respectively.
