Dividend, Bonus Issues This Week: RIL, Trent, Cipla, Ashok Leyland And More

Investors await a busy week ahead, with several companies fixing record dates for dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, rights issue and buybacks between June 1 and June 6, 2026. Corporate actions such as dividends, bonus issues and stock splits are closely watched by market participants as they can influence short-term trading sentiment and shareholder returns. 

Dividends

Ashok Leyland Ltd. will turn ex-date for an interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per share on June 3, while Cipla Ltd. has fixed its record date for a final dividend of Rs 13 per share on June 5.

On June 5, Reliance Industries Ltd. will also be in focus as it is the record date for a dividend of Rs 6 per share, alongside ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd., which has announced a final dividend of Rs 1.65 per share with the record date being June 5. The record date for JSW Energy Ltd.'s Rs 2 dividend is also June 5, along with Ponni Sugars (Erode) Ltd.'s final dividend of Rs 5. Bank of Baroda will also have its dividend of Rs 8.5 go ex-date on June 5.

Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd. has fixed an interim dividend of Rs 24 per share with the record date being June 1 and Epigral Ltd. has also fixed June 1 as the record date for its final dividend of Rs 5 per share. Setco Automotive will have an interim dividend of Rs 13 with an ex-date of June 2. Foeseco India Ltd. will have a substantial dividend of Rs 25 go ex-date on June 3.

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd.'s dividend of Rs 1.6, Remsons Industries Ltd.'s dividend of Rs 0.2, and Navneet Education Ltd.'s dividend of Rs 1.5 have the record date of June 3. Rallis India Ltd.'s dividend of Rs 3 and Technocraft Industries Ltd.'s dividend of Rs 20 will go ex-date on June 4.

Archean Chemical Industries Ltd.'s final dividend of Rs 2.5 per share and QGO Finance Ltd.'s interim dividend of 0.15 per share will go ex-date on June 5.

Bonus Issues

Corporate restructuring actions are also lined up during the week. Trent Ltd. has fixed June 4 as the record date for a 1:2 bonus issue. 

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd. will be in focus on June 3 as the firm has announced a 1:1 bonus issue for shareholders.
