BEL Declares Highest Dividend Since 2017 — Check Record Date

According to the exchange filing the final dividend shall be pain within 30 days from the date of declaration.

Bharat Electronics Ltd. on Friday has announced interim dividend of Rs 1.95 per equity share for the fiscal 2026. The company announced distribution of nearly Rs 1,425 crore to shareholders. This is the highest dividend since Feb. 2, 2017.

The record date for ascertaining entitlement of final dividend for fiscal 2025 has been set as March 5. According to the exchange filing the final dividend shall be pain within 30 days from the date of declaration.

The company in August had given its final dividend of Rs 0.90 per share. On March 11, it paid an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 and in Aug 2024 it paid a final dividend of Rs 0.80 apiece.

BEL Q3 Result Highlights

BEL reported a net profit of Rs 1,590 crore for the December quarter, which accounts for a 20.8% year-on-year increase over the Rs 1,316 crore bottom line posted in Q3FY25. Meanwhile, the revenue for the company jumped from Rs 5,756 to Rs 7,122 crore, accounting for a growth of 23.7%.

Operational margin for the quarter stood at 29.7%, improving from 28.7% in the year-ago period. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (Ebitda) rose 28% to Rs 2,118 crore.

The earnings were announced after market hours. The stock settled 0.97% lower at Rs 444.70 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 1.25% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50. The shares earlier during the day fell as much as 1.64% to Rs 441.70 per share.
