The much-awaited third instalment of the popular Force franchise has officially started filming. Force 3 began its first shooting schedule in Gujarat, with lead actors John Abraham, Harshvardhan Rane, and Tanya Maniktala coming together for the action thriller.
As OTT Play reports, the muhurat ceremony of Force 3 was attended by John Abraham, who joined the team for the start of the shooting. However, as reported, the initial shooting scenes focus on Harshvardhan Rane and Tanya Maniktala, as John has not begun shooting his scenes yet.
John Abraham, who is reprising his role as ACP Yashvardhan Singh, is also producing the film under his banner JA Entertainment along with Sheel Kumar's Karolina Corporation.
Sharing the announcement of Force 3 on his social media, Abraham wrote, "When the unstoppable meets the immovable, a storm is born. The Force is coming! ????#Force3 releasing in cinemas on 19th March 2027 ????"
In an official statement, the actor expressed his excitement about carrying forward the legacy of the Force series. He said, "Force has always been a franchise I've believed in deeply. What makes it special for me is that it has a certain grit and a strong identity that audiences have connected with over the years. With Force 3, we're taking that legacy forward in a big way."

Further introducing Harshvardhan to the franchise, John said, "I'm also really excited to introduce Harsh as an action hero. He has the presence, the energy, and the hunger for it, and I think audiences are going to enjoy watching him in this space."
Lead Actors React to Joining Force 3
Harshvardhan Rane also reacted to his entry into the franchise as he stated, "It's an honour to be part of a film like Force 3, which gives me the chance to step into an intense, hardcore action space and bring that brute force alive on screen."
Taniya Maniktala shared, "I'm thrilled to be a part of Force 3. It's exciting to share screen space with two actors who bring both charm and such strong presence to the screen. What makes this even more special for me is the role I get to play in the story. Being part of a franchise like this is a big moment, and I'm looking forward to giving it everything I have."

Force 3 is directed by Bhav Dhulia, who is known for popular projects like Khakee: The Bihar Chapter. Joining in for Force 3, he said, "I fell in love with the script the moment I read it, and I'm truly looking forward to bringing this story to life with John, Harshvardhan, and Tanya."
Force 3 is set to release in theatres on March 19, 2027. The film is creative produced and written by Simaab Hashmi with Ravi Basrur Musical and lyrics by Irshad Kamil.
