Made In Korea, which released on Netflix on Thursday, is a unique blend of Tamilian and Korean cultures. With a one-of-a-kind story, fans have quickly welcomed it and claimed it to be a pleasant movie.
Directed by Ra Karthik and produced by Rise East Entertainment, Made In Korea stars Priyanka Mohan as the main lead along with Park Hye-jin. The movie is about a young woman named Shenba from Tamil Nadu. She dreams of going to South Korea to explore.
The K-drama and K-pop culture make her interest almost obsessive. After being able to save money, Shenba plans a trip to South Korea with her boyfriend. However, she is abandoned by her boyfriend right before the trip. Shattered but determined, Shenba travels to South Korea alone. Her trip there quickly gives her a reality check as she is all alone in a foreign land with a foreign culture.
