Indian cricketer and team captain Suryakumar Yadav's wife Devisha Yadav has reportedly bought a residential apartment in Chembur, Mumbai, for Rs 7.18 crore.
The transaction was registered in February 2026, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration. According to Square Yards, the apartment is located in Godrej Sky Terraces Building.
As per the registration records accessed by Square Yards, the flat has a carpet area of 1,402 square feet (130.25 sq m) and a total area of 1,516.20 square feet (140.86 sq m).
Additionally, the property includes two dedicated car parking spaces. The purchase attracted a stamp duty of Rs 35.90 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000. Chembur in eastern Mumbai, is popular for its strong connectivity and developed social infrastructure.

The suburb is connected through major road networks such as the Eastern Express Highway, Sion and Panvel Highway and the Eastern Freeway. It also has access to Chembur railway station on the Harbour Line and the Mumbai Monorail, providing smooth connectivity across the city.
Over the years, Chembur has grown into a preferred residential and commercial area, with modern housing projects, gated communities, schools, hospitals, shopping centres and recreational facilities. Its proximity to key business hubs like Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Navi Mumbai has further increased its residential appeal.

In March 2025, Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha Yadav had jointly purchased two apartments in the same building for a combined value of Rs 21.1 crore, according to earlier property records.
