The prices have risen 10% in August alone. Sugar prices are expected to ease after government's latest decision, while more announcements for sugar security may be in the pipeline.

Sugar Stocks In Focus

Other sugar stocks have also moved higher, with Shree Renuka Sugar gaining 18% and EID Parry rising 16% from their respective 2026 lows. The broad-based rally highlights the strong momentum in the sector ahead of the festive season.
