July 25 -- On the eve of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz has announced she will resign at the end of the convention after leaked e-mails showed a favoritism of Hillary Clinton's campaign over her rival Senator Bernie Sanders.
