Comviva, a digital solutions company, announced the appointment of Rajesh Chandiramani as CEO and whole-time director on Monday, effective June 1.
Chandiramani took over from Manoranjan 'Mao' Mohapatra, who retired in May. Mohapatra will continue to serve on the Comviva board as a non-executive director of the Tech Mahindra subsidiary, according to a company statement.
