Ukraine said at least four people were killed in Kyiv after Russian forces carried out drone and ballistic missile attacks on the capital and across the country.

Three others were wounded in central Kyiv, Tymur Tkachenko, the head of Kyiv's military administration, said on Telegram.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the entrance to a major subway station and a water-supply pipeline were been damaged. A McDonald's fast food restaurant was also struck.
