In the last 30 minutes, hundreds of people in India alone have reported issues with Google Search but users across the globe, including the USA, have also reported outages.
This specific message is a 500 Internal Server Error. Essentially, it means your internet connection and device are likely fine, but the "conversation" between your browser and Google's servers has been interrupted on their end.
