The box office juggernaut Dhurandhar: The Revenge is showing no signs of slowing, as it continues to smash records at a remarkable pace. The film directed by Aditya Dhar has generated Rs 805.32 crore gross in the domestic market after eight days in cinemas, according to Sacnilk data. The India net collections stand at Rs 674.17 crore. Its strong showing abroad has lifted the global total to Rs 1,067.24 crore, cementing its place as one of the biggest hits of recent years.

Day eight saw the Ranveer Singh starrer collect Rs 49.70 crore from 19,493 shows across the country. The Hindi edition led the charge with Rs 46 crore, complemented by Rs 90 lakh from Tamil screens and Rs 2.50 crore from Telugu markets.

Dhurandhar 2 has set a new benchmark at the box office, overtaking Pushpa 2: The Rule to register the biggest opening weekend to date. Its wide release across languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam has played a crucial role in expanding its footprint nationwide.

Dhurandhar 2 Box Office Collection News Latest

The film began on a strong note, collecting an estimated Rs 43 crore from preview screenings alone. It then surged to Rs 102.55 crore on its official release day, Thursday, March 19. Friday's figures stood at Rs 80.72 crore before a strong weekend rebound, with Rs 113 crore on Saturday and Rs 114.85 crore on Sunday. The film wrapped up its first weekend with a net total of Rs 454.12 crore.

Collections eased on Monday, though the film still managed Rs 65 crore. The weekday trend showed a gradual slowdown, with revenues of Rs 56.60 crore on Tuesday and Rs 48.75 crore on Wednesday. The addition of Rs 49.70 crore on Day 8 has pushed the film's net domestic tally to approximately Rs 674.17 crore. In gross terms, it has comfortably crossed Rs 800 crore, with India earnings reported at Rs 805.32 crore.

Dhurandhar 2 is rapidly ascending the box office rankings, having eclipsed the lifetime earnings of Pathaan and Kalki 2898 AD. The film has achieved this feat in just eight days, crossing the Rs 1,055 crore mark set by the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan and overtaking the Rs 1,042.25 crore haul of Kalki 2898 AD.
