Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will look to extend their dominating run in the ongoing Women's Premier League (WPL) when they take on Gujarat Giants (GG) in match 12 tonight in Vadodara. RCB are the only team with a 100% win record in the league this season. The four-match winning streak has propelled them to the top of the points table.

In the Navi Mumbai-leg of the league, the Smriti Mandhana-led side defeated Mumbai Indians by three wickets, crushed UP Warriorz by nine wickets, notched a 32-run win over Gujarat Giants and beat Delhi Capitals by eight wickets. Back in Navi Mumbai, RCB's success came on the back of brilliant performances by both the batters and the bowlers.

Mandhana not only has led the team with her leadership skills, but also shown brightly with the bat. With 166 runs, she is the team's leading run getter this season. The likes of Grace Harris (128 runs) and Nadine de Klerk (89 runs) have shared the batting responsibilities with their captain.

De Klerk has also stood out with the ball as well. The South African all-rounder has picked eight wickets so far and is joint-third on the list of the bowlers with most wickets this season with her teammates Lauren Bell and Shreyanka Patill.

The Giants meanwhile have had a see-saw season so far. In the four games they have played, they have won two and lost the other two. They are stuck at the third place on the points tally.

The Ash Gardner's side started their campaign with a bang as they defeated UPW and Delhi Capitals by 10 runs and four runs respectively. They couldn't keep up with the winning ways as they tasted defeats at the hands of Mumbai Indians and RCB.

GG are too reliant on Sophie Devine. The former New Zealand skipper has picked eight wickets and scored 149 runs this season and is her team's leading wicket taker and top run scorer. Gardner with 137 runs is GG's second highest run scorer this year.

Looking to recover from two straight defeats, GG will need key players such as Beth Mooney, Rajeshwari Gayakwad and Renuka Singh to fire on all cylinders. The team would also be hoping that Devine is doubly motivated to perform against her former side.
