Hero MotoCorp, Ola Electric Mobility Ltd., JSW Energy Ltd., and Max Financial Services Ltd. are some of the key stocks that will be on the radar on Monday following company-related announcements.

Hero MotoCorp extended its partnership with Harley-Davidson Motor to expand the Harley-Davidson X440 into new variants, while rival Ola Electric has seen two senior executives quit.

  • Hero MotoCorp: The company extended its partnership with Harley-Davidson Motor to expand the Harley-Davidson X440 into new variants and to develop a new motorcycle.

  • Ola Electric Mobility: Anshul Khandelwal resigned from the post of chief marketing officer, and Suvonil Chatterjee from the post of chief technology and product officer.

  • JSW Energy: The company's arm JSW Neo Energy acquired a 4,696 MW renewable energy platform from O2 Power Midco Holdings and O2 Energy SG for Rs 12,468 crore.

  • Max Financial Services: Axis Max Life decided to discontinue the operations of Max Life PFM as a pension fund manager.  The decision is taken by Axis Bank, as the bank is already an established pension fund manager.

  • IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals: The board approved the subdivision of each share into five.

  • Prestige Estates Projects: The company signed a business transfer agreement to transfer the hospitality undertaking to its arm, Prestige Hospitality Ventures, for Rs 313 crore.

  • Utkarsh Small Finance Bank: The bank approved the sale of NPA and written-off loans worth Rs 355 crore at a reserve price of Rs 52 crore to the asset reconstruction company.

  • Zydus Lifesciences: The company and Sterling Biotech have mutually agreed to extend the deadline for the purchase of the API business of Sterling Biotech from December to March next year.

  • Newgen Software Technologies: The company executed an agreement with Aye Finance for a loan origination solution for Rs 24 crore.

  • Zota Healthcare: The company received product registration licenses for Zotamet-1000 (antidiabetic) and CDTEL-40 in Kyrgyzstan.

  • Carraro India: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchange on Monday at an issue price of Rs 704. The Rs 1,250-crore IPO was subscribed 1.12 times on the final day. The bids were led by qualified institutional investors (2.21 times), non-institutional investors (0.6 times), and retail investors (0.71 times).

  • Senores Pharmaceuticals: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchange on Monday at an issue price of Rs 391. The Rs 582.11-crore IPO was subscribed 93.41 times on the final day. The bids were led by qualified institutional investors (94.66 times), non-institutional investors (96.11 times), and retail investors (89.23 times), with a portion reserved for employees (19.92 times).

  • Ventive Hospitality: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchange on Monday at an issue price of Rs 643. The Rs 1,600-crore IPO was subscribed 9.8 times on the final day. The bids were led by qualified institutional investors (9.08 times), non-institutional investors (13.85 times), and retail investors (5.87 times), with a portion reserved for employees (9.49 times).
