The broader market indices were mixed in trade; S&P BSE MidCap Index was down by 0.03%, whereas S&P BSE SmallCap Index was higher by 0.10%.

Passenger vehicle sales grew 4.5% to 2.92 lakh units.

Two-wheeler sales rose 7.7% to 12.91 lakh units.
Three-wheeler sales rose 69.2% to 54,360 units.
