In an exchange filing dated May 7, Premier Energies said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 15 to consider the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Premier Energies Q3 Results
Premier Energies posted a strong performance for the December quarter, with net profit climbing 53.5% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 391.7 crore from Rs 255.2 crore a year earlier. The company's revenue also registered healthy growth, rising 13% to Rs 1,936.4 crore in Q3FY26 compared with Rs 1,713.3 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
