In an exchange filing, the company has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on May 13. The meeting will consider the financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has also announced that it will also consider and recommend the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.

Ahead of the results, the trading window of the company remains closed from April 1 and will re-open on May 16. During the closure period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be barred from dealing in the equity shares or listed debt securities of PFC, including buying, selling or pledging.
