Q4 earnings season has kicked off on a strong note, with the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Wipro reporting better than expected revenue.
As momentum builds, IT firm Infosys has now announced the schedule and details for Q4 results.
Infosys will announce its standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 on April 23, 2026 along with the financial performance of financial year ended March 31, 2026.
However, the company has not made any announcement about divident.
Date & Time (IST, ET, PST)
Infosys will announce 4 Qresults on Thursday, April 23, 2026 around 3:45 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), 6:15 a.m. ET; 3:15 a.m. PST; 11:15 a.m. London time; 6:15 p.m. Singapore/Hong Kong time).
The results will also be available on the IT company's website.
The Q4 results announcement will be followed by a post earnings press conference.

Press Conference Details
Press conference will take place at 4:30 p.m. IST and 7:00 a.m. ET, as per the company's press release. The leadership team will be part of a press conference, the company said.
It added that, "the participating executives will address questions from the media during this interaction, which will be streamed live on the Investor Relations section of Infosys website." After that, it will be archived on the website under 'financials and filings' section.
The archive will be available after 6:30 p.m. IST on the same day (after 9:00 a.m. ET). In addition, a transcript of the conference will also be available.
Earnings Call
On the same day, the company will conduct a 60-minute conference call at 5:30 p.m. IST (8:00 a.m. ET; 5:00 a.m. PST; 1:00 p.m. London time; 8:00 p.m. Singapore/Hong Kong time).
The call is open to investors/analysts in all regions and the senior management will discuss company's performance and answer questions from participants. A replay of the con-call will be available here.
