In an exchange filing dated Jan. 20, Hindustan Unilever said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Feb. 12, 2026, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
Hindustan Unilever Q3 Results: Trading Window Closure
In an exchange filing dated Dec. 15, the FMCG giant said that its trading window will remain closed for designated persons from Dec. 16 till 48 hours after the Q3FY26 financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading.

Hindustan Unilever Q2 Results
Hindustan Unilever reported a 3.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 2,694 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 2,595 crore in Q2FY25. Total income grew 1.5% YoY to Rs 16,388 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 16,145 crore in Q2FY25. However, the company's Ebitda dropped 1.7% YoY to Rs 3,729 crore in Q2FY26 compared to Rs 3,793 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
