GSK Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (formerly known as GlaxoSmithKline) declared a bumper dividend of Rs 57 per share, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
To determine eligible shareholders for the payout, the company has set May 29, 2026 as the record date.
The company posted a 5.7% year-on-year advance in its net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26. The consolidated bottom-line came in at Rs 278 crore compared to Rs 263 crore
Revenue from operations grew 2.1% to Rs 995.3 crore from Rs 974.4 crore in the year-ago period. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation grew 5.3% to Rs 351 crore from Rs 333 in the comparable period of last fiscal.
On the operational front, Ebitda margin expanded slightly to 35.3% from 34.2% in the year-ago period.
