Bharti Airtel Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
In an exchange filing dated May 1, Bharti Airtel said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 13 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors will also consider recommendation/declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.

In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed from April 1 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of publication of the Q4FY26 financial results of the company.

Bharti Airtel Q3 Results
Bharti Airtel logged a consolidated net profit of Rs 6,631 crore sequentially in the quarter ended December 2025, a 2.4% downturn as compared to Rs 6,792 crore in the previous quarter, according to the consolidated financial results declared on Feb. 5. The telecommunication firm's revenue saw an uptick of 3.5% to Rs 53,982 crore compared to the previous year's Rs 52,145 crore. Its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation was up 4.1% at Rs 30,783 crore from the prior financial year's Rs 29,561 crore.

Shares of Bharti Airtel have declined 3.29% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. In the past month, it has fallen 5.71%. On a year-to-date basis, Bharti Airtel share price has decreased by 16.41%. In the past one year, it is down 5.70%. The stock hit a high of Rs 2,174.50 apiece on the NSE on Nov. 21, 2025, and a low of Rs 1,746.90 apiece on April 2, 2025.
At 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Bharti Airtel shares were trading 0.24% higher at Rs 1,764.10 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 1.19% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
