The initial public offering (IPO) of Amagi Media Labs was oversubscribed 30.22 times on the third and final day of bidding on Jan. 16. The IPO received bids for 82,40,12,260 shares against 2,72,66,589 offered.
The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked the issue 33.77 times. The Non-Institutional Investors' (NIIs) category was subscribed to 37.36 times. Retail investors booked their quota 9.31 times.
The price band for the IPO was set between Rs 343 and Rs 361 per share. Amagi Media Labs' IPO was a book build issue of Rs 1,788.62 crore. It comprised a fresh issue of 2.26 crore shares worth Rs 816 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 2.69 crore shares amounting to Rs 972.62 crore.
The IPO share allotment status is expected to be finalised on Monday, Jan. 19. The company is expected to process refunds for non-allottees on Jan. 20. Shares will be transferred to the Demat accounts of the allottees on the same day.
Shares of Amagi Media Labs are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the BSE and NSE on Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Amagi Media Labs is a software-as-a-service company involved in the business of cloud-based broadcast.
The company will use proceeds from the IPO to invest in technology and cloud infrastructure and fund inorganic growth.
