Akshay Kumar's horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla continued its impressive run at the box office on its 10th day, which marked the second Sunday. The film showed solid momentum over its second weekend, despite slight competition from the latest Hollywood release, Michael.
Bhooth Bangla: Box Office Collection Day 10
As per Sacnilk reports, the film collected Rs 12.50 crore across 9,498 shows on Day 10. These figures have shown a 16.3% increase from the previous day's collections. This brings the total India net collections to Rs 113.40 crore. Meanwhile, the total gross collections of India are valued at Rs 134.98 crore.
Overseas Collection
As of Day 10, the film collected Rs 3 crore from the overseas market. Performing decently well at the global front, the total worldwide gross collections of the film are reported as Rs 179.48 crore.

Occupancy - Day 10
The overall occupancy of Day 10 was reported to be 29.25%. The clear growth from morning to afternoon on Sunday signalled a positive day ahead for Bhooth Bangla. The evening shows recorded the highest occupancy for the day with 42.31%. Though the night shows' occupancy report showed a significant drop to 23.31%, the data still marked a beneficial day for the film.
Region-Wise Performance
Taking a look at the occupancy trend across major regions, the National Capital Region (NCR) stands at the top with 1,033 shows. However, the occupancy reported is 28.3%, among the low-recorded regions for Day 10. Mumbai, with 723 shows, has recorded an impressive 31.8% overall occupancy. Likewise, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru have also contributed with 30.5% and 33.5% occupancies.
However, Surat, with 315 shows, has recorded the lowest occupancy among major regions with only 18.8%.
Performance So Far
Bhooth Bangla collected Rs 3.75 crore on Day 0. It then opened with Rs 12.25 crore on Day 1, followed by a huge collection of Rs 42 crore on its opening weekend. (Rs 19 crore on Saturday and Rs 23 crore on Sunday)
However, as expected during weekdays, the figures fell deeply on Monday to Rs 6.75 crore. Slowly gaining back the momentum, Tuesday collected Rs 8.00 crore while Wednesday fell back to Rs 6.15 crore. With Thursday's collections of Rs 5.50 crore, the Week 1 collections closed at Rs 84.40 crore.

Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhooth Bangla has brought back the OG comedy fans. With positive word-of-mouth built through the first week, the film delivered impressive collections during the second weekend.
