Here's the full list of the five ministers:

Dilip Ghosh

Ghosh is a veteran BJP politician from West Bengal who previously served as the state unit's president and as Member of Parliament from Medinipur. He also served as one of the national vice presidents of the BJP from 2021 to 2023.

Ghosh began his political journey as a volunteer of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in 1984. His tenure as state president coincided with the BJP's strongest-ever performance in West Bengal in 2019, when the party won 18 of 42 Lok Sabha seats. He won from Kharagpur Sadar assembly constituency in 2026 with a margin of over 30,000 votes.

Ashok Kirtania

Kirtania is a politician from the Bangaon Uttar constituency in North 24 Parganas, where he first won in May 2021, defeating Shyamal Roy of TMC.

A representative of the influential Matua community that dominates the border districts of North 24 Parganas, Kirtania is seen as an important link between the BJP and the large refugee-origin voter base along the Bangladesh border. He retained his seat in 2026.

Kshudiram Tudu

Tadu is a BJP politician elected as MLA from the Ranibandh (ST) constituency in Bankura in the 2026 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Vidyasagar University and a Bachelor of Education from Burdwan University. His inclusion in the cabinet signals the new government's intent to give meaningful representation to the Scheduled Tribe communities of Bengal's western belt.

Nisith Pramanik

Pramanik is a politician from Cooch Behar who served as Union Minister of State for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs and Sports from July 2021 to June 2024 under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Born in Jalpaiguri in North Bengal, Pramanik holds a BCA degree and was formerly an assistant teacher in a primary school before entering politics. He was among the leaders who switched from the Trinamool Congress to the BJP ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, going on to win the Cooch Behar parliamentary seat. The most nationally experienced minister in the new cabinet, he contested from Mathabhanga in 2026.
