The MCA was first given these operating permits directly under the Food Safety and Standards Act of 2006.

Inspection authorities found that Shirke Infrastructure was in charge of the food operations on the property during a recent inspection. It was discovered that M/s Shirke Infrastructure was running the food company without a proper licence, according to reports.

By neglecting to manage the business themselves and instead subleasing it to an unlicensed, ineligible establishment, MCA allegedly broke the terms of its licence. All four restaurant licences and the registration of one snack counter were immediately suspended as a direct result of these infractions, the reports stated.
