Elon Musk has roped in Sriram Krishnan, an Indian techie who is helping the Tesla CEO with the overhaul of the micro-blogging site.
Who Is Sriram Krishnan?
Sriram Krishnan is an Indian-Origin techie helping out Elon Musk in Twitter's revamp. On October 31, Krishnan made it public that he would be ‘helping out' Tesla CEO ‘temporarily' on Twitter along with some other great people.

At Twitter, he worked on many projects including the main timeline, building a new UI, search and audience growth among others. Moreover, in January 2021, Krishnan became a part of Andreesen Horowitz and is a partner at the Silicon Valley investment firm Andreesen Horowitz, also known as a16z, which funded Musk's Twitter $44-billion acquisition.

He developed mobile ad products at Meta and Snap. He is also a major investor in Clubhouse. He and his wife, Aarthi also hosted a show on Clubhouse named ‘Good Time Show', where he talked about tech and crypto. His show boasts of well-known personalities as guests, like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Calvin Harris and more.
Sriram Krishnan's Indian Connection:
Sriram Krishnan was born and brought up in Chennai. Krishnan's father worked in the insurance sector, and his mother was a homemaker. New York Times explained that Krishnan was born in a typical middle-class Indian family. He met his wife, Aarthi, through Yahoo! messenger in 2002. Three years later, he moved to Seattle and currently, he is a US citizen. He is an investor, technologist and engineer who is currently serving as a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz. He invests in early-stage consumer start-ups.

Krishnan did his B.tech in information technology from SRM Engineering College, Anna University. His tech career started in 2005 when he joined Microsoft, where he worked mostly for the Windows Azure division. Furthermore, Krishnan has his own website where he mentioned that he is interested in the intersection of consumer tech and crypto.

As part of Elon Musk's $44 billion acquisition of the social media service, Tesla CEO is delisting the company's stock and taking it out of the hands of public shareholders. As per securities filing, the social media platform will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange, and its shares will no longer trade on public markets as on November 8.
