- IndiGo launches Great Connections Fest with discounted fares on connecting flights

India's largest airline, IndiGo, on Tuesday announced the launch of its 'Great Connections Fest', offering discounted fares on connecting flights across its domestic and international network.
The limited-period promotional sale is valid for bookings made between May 12 and May 15, 2026, for travel scheduled from May 22 through September 30, 2026.
What Offers Include?
Under the offer, travelers can book all-inclusive one-way domestic fares starting at Rs 3,999, while international connecting flights start at Rs 9,999. The airline said the sale is aimed at making travel more affordable and accessible during the busy summer and holiday travel season.
In addition to discounted ticket prices, IndiGo is also offering reduced rates on select add-on services. Passengers can take advantage of the airline's “Fast Forward” service, which provides priority check-in and boarding benefits, starting at Rs 250.
Emergency exit XL seats with extra legroom are also available starting at Rs 500 on select domestic and international routes. Customers can make bookings through multiple channels, including IndiGo's official website, mobile application, AI-powered assistant 6Eskai, WhatsApp services, and select travel partner platforms.
The airline noted that terms and conditions apply to the promotional fares and services offered under the Great Connections Fest campaign.
The airline said the campaign reflects its continued focus on delivering affordable fares, on-time operations, and a seamless travel experience across its rapidly expanding route network. IndiGo currently operates a fleet of more than 400 aircraft and runs over 2,200 daily flights connecting more than 95 domestic and 40 international destinations.
The carrier has continued to strengthen its market presence in recent years, serving approximately 124 million passengers during calendar year 2025. IndiGo was also recognized as the “Best Airline in India and South Asia” at the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2025. In addition, aviation analytics firm Cirium ranked IndiGo as the sixth most punctual airline in the Asia-Pacific region in 2025.
