Schaeffler India Declares Rs 35 Interim Dividend — Check Details

Schaeffler India Ltd. on Tuesday has announced second interim dividend of Rs 35 per equity share for the fiscal 2026. The company announced distribution of nearly Rs 547 crore to shareholders.

While the company is yet to announce the record date, it said that if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the dividend ill be pain withing 30 days of the AGM. The 63rd AGM is scheduled on April 30, 2026.

The company in April 2025 had given its final interim dividend of Rs 28 per share. 

In the financial year 2024, Schaeffler India gave Rs 26 apiece as dividend and on April 11 it gave a final dividend of Rs 24 per share.

Schaeffler India Q3 Result Highlights

Schaeffler India's profit for the October-December period rose 35.9% on an annual basis.

The company's bottom line stood at Rs 322 crore during the third quarter of the financial year ending March 2026, compared to Rs 237 crore clocked last year, according to its notification to the exchanges on Tuesday.

Revenue for the current quarter rose 27.5% to Rs 2,724 crore, against a relatively flat top line at Rs 2,136 crore for the same quarter last year. Earnings before interest and tax rose 30.7% to Rs 484 crore against Rs 370 crore in the same quarter last year, while margin expanded to Rs 17.8% year-on-year.

Schaeffler India Share Price Today

The earnings were announced after market hours. The stock settled 3.53% higher at Rs 4,084 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 1.12% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50. The shares earlier during the day rose as much as 4.37% to Rs 4,118 per share.

Schaeffler India's shares have risen 32.16% in the last 12 months and 5.31% year-to-date.
