Patanjali Foods To Mull Second Interim Dividend On April 21 — Check Record Date

Patanjali Foods reported a 60% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 593.44 crore for December quarter in FY26 on higher income.

Patanjali Foods Ltd. has announced that it will be considering a second interim dividend for financial year 2026, according to an exchange filing on Monday. 

The board of directors are scheduled to meet on April 21, 2026 to mull said dividend, the filing informed. 

"We may inform that the Board of Directors of the Company will inter alia, consider declaration of 2 nd Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2025- 26 at its meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the April 21, 2026," the filing stated. 

Additiionally, Patanjali Foods has set April 25, 2026 as the record date for determining eligible shareholders for the payout of the dividend, if it is approved.

"Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend shall be Saturday, April 25, 2026, subject to approval of interim dividend by Board of Directors," the filing highlighted.

Patanjali Q3FY26

Patanjali Foods reported a 60% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 593.44 crore for December quarter in FY26 on higher income. Its net profit stood at Rs 370.88 crore in the year-ago period.

The company which is mainly into edible oils saw its total income increase to Rs 10,541.12 crore in the quarter from Rs 9,020.38 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.

Patanjali Share Price

Shares of Patanjali Foods ended 1.55% lower at Rs 460.10 apiece on the NSE. This compared to a 0.86% decline in the Nifty index on Monday. The stock has fallen 15.66% year-to-date and 26.83% in the last 12 months.
