ICICI Pru AMC Declares Final Dividend Even As Q4 Profit Stumbles

ICICI Pru AMC registered a 16.8% sequential decline in its Q4 bottom-line to Rs 763 crore from Rs 917 crore.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. will pay a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per equity share to the equity shareholders of the company, as per an exchange filing on Monday. 

"The dividend on equity shares, will be paid to the eligible Members after the same is approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company," the filing stated. 

The company also reported its fourth quarter result along with the dividend announcement, wherein the AMC's net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 took a hit.

ICICI Prudential AMC Share Price

The shares of ICICI Pru AMC closed nearly 1% lower on the NSE at Rs 3,353.50 apiece. This compared to a 0.86% decline in the Nifty index. The stock has risen over 26% year-to-date.

Premium Listing 

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co. listed on Dec. 19, 2025 on the BSE at Rs 2,606.20 apiece, a premium of 20.38% over its issue price of Rs 2,165 apiece. On the National Stock Exchange, the stock debuted at Rs 2,600, a 20.09% premium.

ICICI Prudential AMC is the second largest in India by overall asset book and market share of 13.2% as of November 2025. It is the largest equity AMC with active equity of Rs 6.12 lakh crore and market share of 13.8%.

The IPO was a book-building issue of Rs 10,602.65 crore. It comprised only an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 4.9 crore shares. The price band for the IPO was Rs 2,061 to Rs 2,165 per share.
