Two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has declared a bumper dividend of Rs 110 per full paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 2, as per an exchange filing on Thursday.
To determine the eligibility of shareholders who will receive the dividend, the record date has been set as Feb. 11. The payment of dividend will be completed by March 7.
The company registered a 14.4% growth in its net profit for the third quarter of FY26. Hero MotoCorp's consolidated bottom line stood at Rs 1,268 crore, compared to Rs 1,108 crore in the year-ago period.
Revenue rose 21.7% to Rs 12,487 crore from Rs 10,260 crore in the corresponding period of last year.
Earnings before interest, depreciation, taxes and amortisation was also up 22.5% to Rs 1,846 crore from Rs 1,508 crore and Ebitda margin expanded marginally to 14.8% from 14.7% in Q3 FY25.
TIn terms of volume 16.97 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters were sold in Q3FY26, 16% up from 14.64 lakh units in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.
Commenting on the Company's performance, Vivek Anand, Chief Financial Officer Hero MotoCorp, said, “Hero MotoCorp delivered a positive growth performance in Q3 FY'26 with healthy double‐digit growth in volumes and retail momentum. Steady focus on operational excellence, product mix optimization, consumer‐centricity and innovation remained our core pillars enabling consistent financial performance during the quarter."
He added that conducive macro‐economic factors and favorable GST 2.0 tailwind helped in revival of rural demand which further drove consumer traction for motorcycles and growth for the economy.
