HDFC Bank Q4 Results: Date And Dividend
In an exchange filing dated March 24, HDFC Bank said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for April 18 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31.
The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-2026, including fixation of a record date for the same.

HDFC Bank Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
The trading window for dealing in securities of the bank is closed for all designated employees and their immediate relatives from March 25 to April 20, in compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading.

The bank has scheduled an earnings call with investors and analysts at 4 p.m. on April 18 to discuss its Q4FY26 results.

HDFC Bank Q3 Results
HDFC Bank reported a 13.13% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 1,26,927.27 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 1,12,193.94 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit grew 12.2% YoY to Rs 19,806.63 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 17,656.61 crore in Q3FY25.
