With the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 is scheduled to take place on June 4, Mumbai Traffic Police has announced a slew of traffic restrictions.

Counting of votes for three constituencies will take place at the Nesco Exhibition Centre in Goregaon East.

According to a tweet by the traffic police, private buses and heavy vehicles will be banned from entering the area between Jogeshwari (Shankarvadi) and Dahisar Check Naka from 6 am to 7 pm on June 4. This is to reduce traffic congestion and to facilitate the movement of election-related vehicles and personnel.
